Participants gain an understanding of movement, good nutrition, recovery and mindfulness and how this enhances feelings of positive wellbeing and improves their overall focus and mental health.
The Health Workshop focuses on the importance of mental and physical health. Through fun and interactive activities, participants explore the concepts of movement, recovery, nutrition and mindfulness, developing their self-awareness around the connections between their body and their mind. Participants also examine the power of mindfulness and meditation as a way to reduce anxiety, improve focus and boost mental health.
