LifeChanger’s preventative youth mental health and school wellbeing programs, support students to build resilience, confidence, connection and the practical skills they need to navigate life’s challenges. Tailored to each stage of development, our programs create a continuous pathway from Year 5 to Year 12.
Through interactive, facilitator-led workshops, mentoring and practical resources, we engage students, teachers, parents and local community mentors in a whole-school approach. By working across the school community, LifeChanger helps create safe and inclusive environments where young people can develop and thrive, both inside and beyond the classroom.
LifeChanger's primary school programs help students develop the social, emotional and resilience skills they need to build confidence, strengthen relationships and navigate challenges.
LifeChanger's secondary school programs help young people develop self-awareness, resilience, emotional intelligence, connection and purpose as they navigate adolescence.
At LifeChanger, we believe prevention and early intervention are critical. Through evidence-based youth mental health workshops, we help young people build confidence, connection and emotional resilience, empowering them to thrive.
LifeChanger takes a holistic approach to youth wellbeing, equipping young people with practical tools to support their mental, emotional and social development. Our programs empower young people to build strong foundations for life.
