LifeChanger Foundation supports teachers and schools to help young people build wellbeing, resilience and the social-emotional skills they need to navigate life’s challenges. Our evidence-based student wellbeing, social-emotional learning (SEL) and preventative mental health programs strengthen confidence, self-awareness, relationships and connection. Schools can engage LifeChanger through facilitator-delivered programs, bringing trained facilitators and mentors into the school community, or access practical, classroom-ready SEL teaching resources to support wellbeing learning.
Together, these approaches help create a consistent whole-school pathway that supports students, teachers and families from Year 5 to Year 12.

LifeChanger teacher resources align with the Personal and Social Capability and Community Health strands of the Australian Curriculum: Health and Physical Education (HPE), and have been created specifically for students in Years 7 and 8.
Across LifeChanger's Five Pillars - Health, Skills, Self, Purpose and Tribe - there are seven lesson plans available for each pillar. These social and emotional learning (SEL) resources feature practical activities designed to build students' self-awareness, resilience, relationships and life skills.
The resources can be delivered by teachers in the classroom and are ideal for existing LifeChanger schools looking to continue the conversation between programs, or for schools new to LifeChanger looking for a practical introduction to our approach.
