For more than 10 years, LifeChanger has worked with young people, schools, families and communities to build the skills, confidence and connections that support lifelong wellbeing.
Through evidence-based programs, mentoring and community connection, we have reached more than 460,000 young people, helping them develop the social, emotional and resilience skills needed to navigate life’s challenges and thrive. Our work also strengthens the capacity of schools, families and communities to support young people’s wellbeing and growth.
For more than a decade, LifeChanger Foundation has been helping young people build the skills, confidence and resilience to navigate life’s challenges and thrive.

Impact is at the heart of everything we do, which is why we are committed to ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement.
An independent evaluation of the LifeChanger program, published by Flinders University in 2023, found that the program advances the process of maximising young people’s potential by providing resources that develop and strengthen their personal skills, positive mindsets and belief in themselves.
Young people who participated in the LifeChanger program showed improvements in health, optimism, resilience and self-awareness, as well as stronger connections with peers and the broader community.
The evaluation concluded that the program is effective in achieving its aim of providing a pathway to effectuate the best life possibilities for young people.
LifeChanger combines preventative, evidence-based wellbeing education, mentoring and community connection to support young people before challenges become crises. We work alongside schools, mentors, families and communities to create environments where young people feel seen, heard and supported.
Our programs help young people:
Young people are facing increasing social, emotional and mental health challenges, with many struggling with stress, anxiety, loneliness, identity, self-worth and disconnection.
At LifeChanger, we believe prevention and early intervention are critical.
Rather than waiting until challenges escalate, we run workshops in schools and sporting clubs to equip young people with practical skills, trusted support networks and safe spaces for connection, helping them navigate life with greater confidence, resilience and self-awareness.
Every workshop, mentoring conversation, school partnership and donation helps create safer, more connected futures for young people.
Whether you’re a school, parent, mentor, donor or organisation, there are many ways to get involved and make a lasting impact.
