As students prepare to step into Year 6, this workshop empowers them to see themselves as leaders. Through engaging activities, they’ll explore what leadership really means, what makes a great leader, and how to build meaningful connections and solve problems as a team.
The first workshop in the Year 6 program, this workshop supports students to build stronger friendships and set healthy boundaries. They’ll explore what makes a great friend, how to communicate clearly, and how to stay true to themselves while connecting with others.
The second workshop in our Year 6 program, this workshop helps students uncover what makes them them. By discovering their personal strengths and core values, students build self-awareness, confidence, and respect for others, laying the foundation for strong identity and connection.
This workshop gives students practical tools to better understand and manage their emotions. They'll learn to recognise different feelings, how emotions show up in the body, and simple strategies to calm down and stay grounded.
As the final step in the series, this workshop prepares students for the leap to high school by building resilience. They’ll learn to face change with a positive mindset, focus on what they can control, and find support when life gets tough.
In this single workshop offering centered around connection, students explore the importance of connecting not just with others, but also with themselves and their future. Through fun and reflective activities, they build self-awareness, strengthen peer connections, and start thinking about what’s important to them moving forward.
This opening session kickstarts the Year 8 journey by introducing key LifeChanger concepts like the Five Pillars, Hero and Villain states, and mindfulness. It’s all about self-awareness, setting the tone for the workshops to come, and building trust within the group.
This workshop helps students build awareness of how physical and mental health are connected. Through practical exploration of movement, rest, nutrition, and mindfulness, students learn how these elements impact their wellbeing.
This hands-on workshop builds core life skills like goal setting, problem solving, resilience, and gratitude. Students learn to navigate challenges, communicate effectively, and bounce back from setbacks, all while strengthening teamwork and confidence.
A deep dive into self-awareness. Students explore their Hero and Villain states and discover their unique Hero Type (our framework for understanding personality and inner strengths). They build self-acceptance by exploring different sides of themselves and learning simple strategies to shift into a more empowered state. To explore your own Hero Type, try the quiz below.
Here, students reflect on their strengths, passions, and what matters most to them. Through vision-building activities like the Bucket List, they begin to shape a future aligned with who they are and what gives them purpose.
The final workshop celebrates connection, growth, and gratitude. Students reflect on their journey, honor the people who’ve supported them, and commit to letting go of what’s holding them back so they can move forward with clarity and strength.

This final session empowers students to take ownership of their growth. They explore what it means to lead themselves, break through social and personal barriers, and connect more deeply with others through vulnerability, courage, and shared experience.
