Designed for Years 5 and 6 students, LifeChanger's Primary School Programs empower young people with the skills, confidence and support they need to thrive. Through fun, interactive and evidence-based workshops, students strengthen resilience, build meaningful connections and develop practical tools for life.
1 Interactive Workshop (90 minute session)
The Everyone’s a Leader workshop is an interactive experience centred on leadership. Grade 5 students dive into a world of interactive learning, where collaborative activities and self-reflection ignite their exploration of what it means to be a leader.
The workshop strikes a perfect balance between team-building activities, collaborative problem-solving, and reflective exercises that inspire and uplift students to uncover the diverse leaders within themselves. Students not only leave with enhanced teamwork skills and improved self-awareness, but also with a newfound empowerment to put their leadership knowledge into practice as they journey through their final year of Primary School.
4 Interactive Workshops (60 minutes each)
Through four engaging 60 minute workshops, students explore emotions, resilience, strengths, and meaningful connections. Participants emerge better equipped to navigate life's challenges with a positive mindset, an understanding of the importance of values and strengths in shaping their identities, and forge stronger connections with their peers. Primary School Programs lay the foundation for future leaders, instilling confidence, resilience, and a greater sense of self.

This workshop focuses on exploring the characteristics of strong friendships, recognising that friendships can change and evolve, and emphasising the importance of developing effective communication skills. Participants learn how to form new friendships, navigate online friendships, and understand how different types of friendships can shape their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
Participants explore the importance of values and strengths in shaping their identities. By recognising common links between themselves and other classmates, participants have the opportunity to form stronger connections - both new and old. Through teamwork and collaboration on various tasks, students develop problem-solving skills and discover how their values influence their decision-making.
This workshop focuses on introducing participants to new ways of thinking, articulating and understanding their emotions as well as how to express their emotions in helpful ways. Key learning outcomes include gaining insights into one's emotions, recognising the physical sensations associated with these emotions, and comprehending how emotions can influence and alter behaviour.
Designed to assist students in their preparation for transitioning to high school, while also promoting acceptance of change in other areas of their lives. In this workshop, participants will learn how to develop their self-confidence, self-belief, and ability to seek help when needed. Building resilience and empowerment are essential outcomes from this workshop as students leave with a greater understanding of practical strategies that help them stay grounded during times of uncertainty.
Our secondary school programs offer a seamless developmental journey, spanning from Year 7 to Year 12, designed to be a continuous pathway of empowerment and growth.
