OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

These Terms and Conditions apply to the LifeChanger Foundation Stand Together Socks Competition (Competition). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is LifeChanger Foundation [insert legal entity name, ABN/ACN and registered/business address] (LifeChanger, we, us or our).

2. Competition period

2.1 The Competition commences at 12:00:01 am AEST on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59:59 pm AEST on 31 October 2026 (Competition Period).

2.2 The Competition is conducted as part of LifeChanger's Stand Together Socks campaign during Mental Health Month.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Subject to these Terms and Conditions, entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand.

3.2 Entrants must be 13 years of age. If entrants are under 18 years of age, they must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and LifeChanger may require evidence of that consent.

3.3 Employees of LifeChanger and members of the judging panel, and any other persons directly involved in the administration or judging of the Competition and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

3.4 LifeChanger may require an entrant to provide reasonable evidence of identity, age, residency and eligibility before accepting an entry or awarding a prize.

4. How to enter

4.1 To enter the Competition, an eligible entrant must, during the Competition Period:

• purchase or borrow 2026 Stand Together Campaign Socks;
• put the Stand Together Socks on themselves or another person;
• take an original photograph or selfie showing the Stand Together Socks being worn;
• upload the photograph to the entrant's public Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn account;
• tag LifeChanger in the relevant social media post; and
• include the hashtag #StandTogetherSocks in the post.

4.2 The entrant must ensure their post and social media account are publicly accessible and remain accessible until the Competition has been judged and any prize winner has been verified.

4.3 Entries must be received during the Competition Period. LifeChanger is not responsible for entries that are delayed, lost, inaccessible, incomplete or not capable of being identified due to privacy settings, technical issues or any other reason beyond LifeChanger's reasonable control.

4.4 An entrant may submit multiple entries, provided each entry is materially different and otherwise complies with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Entry requirements

5.1 Each entry must be original and must comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5.2 By submitting an entry, the entrant represents and warrants that they:

• created the photograph or have obtained permission from the person who created it;
• have obtained all necessary permissions and consents from every identifiable person appearing in the photograph;
• have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian where a person appearing in the photograph is under 18 years of age;
• have the right to submit the entry and grant the rights set out in these Terms and Conditions; and
• have not submitted material that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party.

5.3 Entries must not contain material that LifeChanger reasonably considers to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, inappropriate or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose and spirit of the Competition.

5.4 Entries must not promote illegal or dangerous conduct or otherwise breach the applicable terms of Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.

5.5 LifeChanger may reject or disqualify an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

6. Game of skill and judging

6.1 This Competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

6.2 All valid entries will be individually assessed by a judging panel comprising LifeChanger staff.

6.3 Entries will be judged against the following criteria:

• Creativity and originality – 40%
• Connection to the Stand Together message and youth mental health – 30%
• Visual impact and quality of the photograph – 20%
• Overall spirit of participation and community – 10%

6.4 Social media popularity or engagement, including the number of likes, comments, shares, followers or views, will not form part of the judging criteria.

6.5 The judges' decision is final, subject to any rights available under applicable law.

6.6 LifeChanger may select reserve entries in case a selected winner is found to be ineligible or cannot be verified in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

7. Prize

7.1 There is one (1) prize to be awarded to the entry judged to be the highest-scoring valid entry.

7.2 The prize is one (1) $500 Cotton On Gift Card.

7.3 The total prize value is $500 AUD.

7.4 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

7.5 The prize is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the Cotton On Gift Card.

7.6 If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond LifeChanger's reasonable control, LifeChanger may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

8. Judging and winner notification

8.1 Judging will take place as soon as reasonably practicable after the Competition closes.

8.2 The winner will be contacted using the social media account from which the winning entry was submitted and/or by another reasonable method if contact details are subsequently provided.

8.3 The winner may be required to provide their full name, contact details and reasonable evidence of eligibility before the prize is awarded.

8.4 If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within [7] days, fails to provide the requested information or is found to be ineligible, LifeChanger may award the prize to the next highest-scoring valid entry.

8.5 LifeChanger may announce the winner on its website, social media channels and other campaign communications, subject to applicable privacy laws.

8.6 The winner announcement date will be 15 November 2026.

9. Use of entries and publicity

9.1 By entering the Competition, each entrant grants LifeChanger a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, publish, communicate, display and otherwise use their entry for the purposes of administering and promoting the Competition, the Stand Together Socks campaign, LifeChanger and youth mental health awareness.

9.2 This includes the right to repost or share entries on LifeChanger's social media channels, website, digital communications and campaign materials.

9.3 LifeChanger will not knowingly use an entry in a manner that is materially misleading or derogatory to the entrant.

9.4 Entrants agree that LifeChanger may identify them by first name and/or social media handle when reposting or announcing an entry, winner or campaign content, subject to applicable law.

9.5 Where required, LifeChanger may ask an entrant to provide further consent or execute a release before using an entry in paid advertising or other uses beyond the purposes described in clause 9.1.

10. Social media platforms

10.1 The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.

10.2 Entrants release Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn from any responsibility or liability arising from or in connection with the Competition, to the extent permitted by law.

10.3 Entrants acknowledge that their entry must comply with the applicable rules, terms and conditions of the social media platform used to submit the entry.

11. Privacy

11.1 LifeChanger may collect personal information from entrants for the purposes of administering the Competition, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and awarding the prize.

11.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with LifeChanger's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws in Australia and New Zealand. LifeChanger's Privacy Policy is available at https://www.lifechanger.org.au/privacy-policy.

11.3 Entrants should not provide unnecessary personal or sensitive information in their public Competition entry.

11.4 If an entrant does not provide information reasonably required to administer the Competition, LifeChanger may be unable to process their entry or award a prize.

12. General conditions

12.1 LifeChanger reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who LifeChanger reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process or breached these Terms and Conditions.

12.2 LifeChanger may amend, suspend or cancel the Competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable consumer protection or other applicable legislation.

12.4 To the extent permitted by law, LifeChanger is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccessible or incorrectly submitted entries; technical failures affecting the Competition or social media platforms; or loss or damage arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance or use of the prize, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

12.5 These Terms and Conditions are intended to operate subject to the mandatory laws and regulations applicable to the Competition and to entrants in Australia and New Zealand.
